What happens when a user emails a tracked email account?
When an email is sent to a tracked email account,
the message will be forwarded to the AnswerTrack server, assigned a unique
tracking number then forwarded to one of the logged in agents. For
additional information see the message flow diagram.
What email client should our agents use?
Agents can use any email client of their choice.
What is an agent?
An agent is an individual, such as a support technician,
who is assigned to one or more mailboxes and receives tracked and routed
email messages.
